Describing of the packing products

Two products have to packing follow, at one a fridge and then at other a washing machine.

The fridge has a heaviness of 51kg it is 140cm high, 55cm width and 64 cm long. The smaller washing machine with the measure 85 X 60 X 59 cm weight 82kg.

The products are classified as moderate robust and so there get the shock factor 85. These must not protect against cold and heat but against shock and dirt. Here a cardboard box takes the protection from dirt. The Styrofoam compensate for the statically force.

It is transport with a fork- lift- truck. Also the store occurs up to pallets in a pile stack. The maximal size of the pile stack of the fridge is 4 gadgets and of the washing machine it is 3 gadgets.

One must able to put the relative heavy products in the cardboard box and take it out of them. This is necessary to observe at the development of the packing. The Styrofoam has not an influence of the handling the whole product.
