Peculiarity of wire

The using wire is a high alloy steel, which main consist of iron, nickel and chrome. This wire is import. The Form Cutting System GmbH tested the wires. The surveys refereed to the length change and the tensile strength of the wire. Here the wire is stretch about 10mm at a temperature about 300°C. This kind of steel doesnt get rusty. After DIN EN 10088 the allowed maximal value of carbon is 1.2% and minimal value of chrome is 12%. The wires have these values.

These steels are very resistant against corrosion and chemical reactions with other matter. Compared to other materials, the used steel has a high tensile strength. After 100 headings till to 300°C the followed tensile strength is between 100 and 630 N/mm².  At this tension the wire goes back in the normal length. This makes the wire to a very resistant tool.
