For increase of the production, without buying a new machine, you can use more wires. That means that you can cut the same products in one step. You need a more wires clamp frame, that delivered by the Foam Cutting System GmbH.

When you want cut in 3 dimensions so you need a third axis. This can you manage with installation the milling axis.
Here the milling axis is the z-axis.
The milling axis makes it possible to work with material thickness between 8 and 10mm. With that you can engrave and mill foams, wood and plexus glass. The axis is drive by an extra engine. Here you need an extra connection and you need the software for 3D cutting. The milling axis is not necessary for producing packing, because the thickness is limited.

With the hot wire rotary plate and a foam wire holder you can foam blocks skin or produce rotation symmetric parts.
The wire holder for form wire is an extra holder, which is able to clamp hand formed wires without that contour changed. In this situation the wire is clamped by a form wire profile, which is fastening to the bridges by a fastening profile. These profiles are connected with the engine. You need another current box because the wires areas are lager. There are two kinds of these tools: the vertical and the horizontal form wire holder. The vertical form wire holder is installed on the driving side and the horizontal between the two bridges. Though the move of the form wires holder profiles you can position the horizontal and vertical form wire. Also you can use the more wire technologies. For the producing of packing the horizontal wire holder is suitable.

The possibility to produce rotation symmetric products is the hot wire rotary plate. This is put on the machine. When you want to work with this you need a vertical form wire holder. Also here you can cut with more wires. Further more you can connect several to a skin unit. Here you need more work to install this.
The hot wire rotary plate is not necessary for the packing industry, because you make more columns.
