The Profi cutter is a bridge machine, which is consisting of the frame, the wire holder, the bridges and the needed hard- and software for handling. The standard machines can cut in two dimensions. That means the form block move in horizontal direction (x - axes) and the wire in vertical direction also y -direction. The feed is regulating by the step - engine. The move of the work piece carriage is a positive drive to the vertical cog belt. The wire is moved by the cog belt which is only on one side. The other side of the wire is moved by the wire return rope.
The carriage blocking device is installing at the not driving side of the Profi Cutter. The task of the blocking device is to stop the carriage when the finish position is arriving.

The balance of the length alternation when it is heating is carrying out by a spring. That's means when the wire will be longer then the spring tension the wire. If that will be shortened then the spring is carry out that the wire can be back in the first position. With this spring you must tension the wire.

The deliver controller card is the element which carries the information of the program OptimPro and FoamCut to the machine. This controls the engines. Here the number of the axis is limited till thee. A current box, supply the Controllercard with current, so that is not dependent on the PC. Other current box supplies the wire with current, so that it can heat.
