With the machine you get two programs. Those are the programs OptimPro and FoamCut. OptimPro is need as cutting preparations, while CAD- drawings, which are made also, load in the program. Principal you have to fix the cutting direction, the cut in line, the cutting sequence and the starting points if that’s necessary. The machine is controlled by the Controllercard. The connection between the PC and the card is the program FoamCut. FoamCut is able to read the OptimPro drawings and create the program automatically, without a lot of work to program. With FoamCut you can stop the engines, switch the engines on and move that manual. If it is necessary you can control the feed during the cutting process. The needed parameter like zero, feed and speed you must enter key in manual.
